The Gauge
1 Model Railway Association will again be hosing
the event and will be presenting a stand at the
event. The group will have the Gauge 1
exhibition layout with them, The Association are
expecting to be running trains on the layout
throughout the event. The club was established
in the 1940's and has since grown to become a
world wide organisation. This year the display
will feature the clubs show case layout:-
"Dobson Bridge" along with live steam
models along with radio controlled model trains.

showing at this years Big Model and Hobby Show.
THE Guild O Gauge was founded in 1980 and have over 5,500 members, including:- over 500 outside the UK. The group will be attending the Big Model and Hobby show with the group's presentation stand.

THIS local club will be attending the event with an extremely large and impressive display of static model boats, of all different types and sizes. If you like all things nautical, these exhibits will definitely get you wanting to build your own model boats!

The West Lancashire O Gauge Group will be bringing with them an interactive layout that will allow children to operate rolling stock under supervision. They will also be attending with a fantastic operational Test Track. This additional layout is an end-to-end branch line.

THE LADMAS will be presenting a wide range of static model aircraft, made by local club members as well as offering you the chance to have a go at flying a virtual reality-controlled aircraft, within an immersive aeronautic experience of flying a radio control aircraft!

THE Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society will be holding a presentation display about the group, who formed to run the Talyllyn Railway in Tywyn, Wales. MORE
The Southport Woodcarving Group will be doing demonstrations thought-out the day. The group will also have a range of items on display that they have made. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about this practical hobby and also how you can become a member of the group.

The West Lancashire Lacemakers members will be attending our show to demonstrate their lacemaking skills, along with finding out more about this group that was established back in 1979.

Formed in 2011 the Class 502 Preservation Trust took ownership from the National Railway Museum and in March 2012, moved the 502 Unit to Merseyside Transport Trust's secure premises in Burscough to commence restoration.
